The 3D Printing Process:
  1. The FOC accent lighting systems are modeled using a designated three dimensional computer program.
  2. The computer generated model is virtually "sliced" into thousands of layers.
  3. The object is gradually built by a laser beam that transforms polymer (plastic like) powder into a solid three dimensional structure. The polymer particles are melted and constructed in numerous layers until the product is complete.
  4. The entire process is rapid, accurate and economic.
